Prepare the Package
Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and hangtags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any old shipping marks.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
